Hongkong Soundboss Industrial Co., Limited. is a private high-tech enterprise, located in opto-electronics technology center of Bao’an distict Shenzhen China, engaged in design, manufacture, sales and service of indoor / outdoor full color LED displays, LED stage curtain, LED light and relevant products.

Soundboss, ever since 2006, has been holding the philosophy that quality and stability is the master principle, all our products are awarded international certificates, such as, CE, CB, CCC, RoHS. We have various advanced machines such as Automatic SMT Machine, Peak Welding Machine and Reflow Welding Machine to guarantee us a serious enterprise in quality control, also the 6S management system helps us maintain the reputation both inland and overseas.

2011

Soundboss began to produce LED lighting products, such as LED tube,   LED bulb and LED spot light

2010

Soundboss Started design and test of LED lights

And LED display products passed RoHS approval;

2009

Products passed CE and ISO9000:2008, and the LED display production capacity reaches 5, 000m² per month

2008

Soundboss enlarged its production base to 10, 000 sq.m, and exported to more than 50 countries all around the globe

 2007

Soundboss imported high speed SMT machine and lead-free wave-peak soldering machine as well as re-flow welding machine to enhance its production

 2006

 Soundboss started with a production facility of 2000 sq.m, and fulfilled the first  outdoor full color  LED display in Honduras

Pre-sale service:

In the stage of construction and design, we understand and analyze the practical demand from the clients via friendly dialog. We will make relevant surveys on the  issues related to their LED display project, to obtain the information about location, wall structure, gravity bearing, environment brightness, visual angle, power supply, wiring etc.

Under sale service:

We start full production once the order and its relevant details are confirmed, we take deliberate care of  raw material and component sourcing with high standard QC inspection, when the production is closed we come to the final test before delivery, such as vibration test, water proof test and so on. We can get your personnel trained in our factory, we also offer remote assistance to your on-site installation, or even send our technician to the target spot under your invitation  to help with the installation, daily maintenance and trouble shooting…

Post-sale service:

We promise a 24 months warranty for all our products since the cargo arrives at the port of discharge, we will be responsible for repairing and exchanging the malfunction parts, with the transport cost from seller to the customers paid by us. After 2 years we still take the repairing free of charge, but the customers should afford the two way transport.

We employ a R&D team of more than 20 talents including 10 doctor degree holders and the rest long experienced LED experts, 12-staff quality control team, and a huge marketing unit of 20 men
